Ordering Information

Orders can be placed to Dan Reid Artwork through this website or via mail order.

Website - ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept personal checks, money orders, or PAYPAL orders.
Mail orders - can also be taken using the cart system by printing the final invoice and mailing it in along with your payment in the form of check or money order made out to Dan Reid.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, Mastercard payments directly over the phone or through PAYPAL; and checks or money orders. For foreign money orders please add an additional $50.00 and allow 4 weeks for the money order to clear. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared. Final cost will include PST and shipping.

Framing:

Framing is available for select items and priced accordingly. For more information on our framing styles available, please contact the artist at 306-242-8707 or email for more info.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via Canada Post unless buyer requests different delivery method such as Express Post or UPS. Please contact us with your mailing address and we will send the shipping cost in advance of your placing the order.

Orders/Delivery Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email.

Return Policy:

Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.
Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm specifics prior to ordering.
Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Dan Reid Artwork immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.
